Sleep Away Girls
This a really good book. A girl named Sam goes to camp to get away from her best freinds new and sicking realationship, or as she calls it, Malomark. At camp she finds how she and Mal (her best freind) do every thing togather only because Mal wanted to. She meets new freinds, a new enemy, and 2 boys both like her and vise versa. it was reelly funny, romantic sad all rapped up into 1!!! . There isnt a sequal yet but there should be. Nobody's Princess
This is the story of a young Spartan princess who absolutely hates doing all the 'young lady' stuff. Cooking, sewing, embroidery, and anything else that makes her just sit still. So Helen decides to learn how to fight. She doesn't let anybody know that she was taking fighting lessons with the country's best warrior. Her mother of course finds out about that and she encourages Helen on her belief that girls should know how to defend themseleves. Helen's father on the other hand is completely clueless on what she is doing and the fact that he doesn't apperciate girls fighting makes it even more ideal on keeping her extra lessons a secret. Her brothers tease her alot but they are very supportive of her. You know how brothers are- they enjoy a good laugh.
Stargirl
As we all probably know star-girl is a book that we have read or is going to read in the 7th grade. Star-girl is a book about a girl named star-girl caraway and she goes to Mica High School. She is different than everyone else but she doesn't care. Leo the author in this story slowly falls in love with star-girl from her "happy birthday songs" with her ukulele to her pet mouse cinnamon. She becomes a cheerleader when everyone starts to like her. She cheers for the other team and for our team the whole entire time in a game. Then everyone plays rotten tricks on Star-girl including, making the bus driver leave without her and throwing a tomato at her face during a game. Everyone rejects her and Leo when they start dating. She is asked by Leo to stop being stargirl and be a new person and start her year over again. Then she does and he loves her for it and jumps up to give her a hug. She enters in a speech contest and wins. In the end,,,,whoops i almost told you...you'll have to read the book to find out if you haven't already.

As we all know stargirl is a good book if you liked it then read love stargirl. Its narrated by stargirl as her diary. She still carries around her pet mouse cinnamon.
Secrets of my Hollywood Life
This is a great seris and the most recent, Broadway Lights just came out in May and it was really good.
It is about a celebertiy who tells about her life and behind the scene secrets to things like how movies and tv shows are made. In Broadway lights she moves to New York, New York to perform in a Broadway Musical. it is sort of like a diary but not like dear diary. if you like drama movies and romance then this is a good book for you.
